These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bedtime Adventures, operated by Everbound Interactive LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Everbound Interactive LLC publishes multiple applications. These Terms apply only to Bedtime Adventures. Our other apps are governed by their own terms.
Bedtime Adventures is an AI-powered bedtime-story app for children, operated by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child. It offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may add, change, or remove features as the app evolves.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Bedtime Adventures is intended for use by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older, that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom you create a profile, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You create an account with your email address and set a parent PIN that gates access to parental controls and account settings. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly at contact@everboundinteractive.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Free tier. Bedtime Adventures includes a free tier that lets you create a limited number of stories at no cost.
Paid subscription. A paid subscription unlocks unlimited stories and additional features. Subscriptions are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions and are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, not directly by us.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.
Managing and canceling. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings — not within Bedtime Adventures. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies only to billing periods after the change. We will provide notice as required by the app stores and applicable law; your continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

Bedtime Adventures uses artificial intelligence to generate story text (via Anthropic's Claude) and images (via fal.ai). We apply content guidelines and safety filters to produce age-appropriate output, and we provide parental content controls and an in-app way to report any story you find unsuitable. However, AI-generated content is probabilistic, and we cannot guarantee that every generated story will meet every family's standards. We encourage parents to stay engaged during story sessions. We are not liable for AI-generated content that a user finds unsuitable; your remedy is to use the content controls, report the story, and discontinue use of a given story.
You are responsible for the information you enter — including your child's first name, avatar, and any other profile details. By providing a child's information, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to our processing of that information to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the information you provide solely to operate and deliver Bedtime Adventures to you.
All content and materials in Bedtime Adventures — including the app, its design, graphics, text, and code — are the property of Everbound Interactive LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Stories generated within the app are produced on your behalf for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or commercially distribute stories generated by Bedtime Adventures.
If you download Bedtime Adventures from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge and agree that:
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everbound Interactive LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) twenty U.S. dollars (USD $20).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account and all associated data from the parent dashboard or by contacting us. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will survive.
Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at contact@everboundinteractive.com first. We will try in good faith to resolve it. You agree to allow us at least 30 days to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing court action.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be handled by the courts identified in the Governing Law section below.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and notify account holders by email where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
